Hi my name is Felicia Fisk and I am the new coordinator for the Western Wisconsin Working for Tobacco-Free Living (W3TFL) Coalition. I am a Health Educator Specialist at Polk County Health Department and have been with Polk County for almost a year. Before I became the coordinator for the W3TFL Coalition I worked with the Western Wisconsin Public Health Readiness Consortium as their Public Health Specialist. I graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Public Health with an Emphasis in Community Education. I have some background in working with tobacco prevention from my internship in 2019 with Live Well Winona and the local ASAP group. I am very excited about my new role and can not wait to get started!
