My Name is Bryan Bilse and I am the new project coordinator for (PARCC) Prevention And Response Columbia County. I spent 18 years in law enforcement where I enjoyed working with children and other community members. I was active in the schools and served as the County DARE Officer for many years. During my time in law enforcement I became interested in the field of prevention and am very happy for this opportunity to work with all of you!
