Carleigh Olson is the Policy Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator, a collaborative position between the WI Division of Public Health Tobacco Prevention and Control Program and the MATCH Group. Carleigh completed her Masters in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in Community Health Education and Spanish. Carleigh has served in a number of different roles including Community Health Educator for the Eau Claire City-County Health Department and as a Program Coordinator for Public Health - Madison and Dane County. Through her roles, she has coordinated and facilitated local substance misuse prevention coalitions, conducted a health impact assessment of the built environment, fostered board of health engagement and fueled national accreditation processes. Carleigh is a lifelong Wisconsinite who is deeply committed to and passionate about the health of the state’s communities.
