JUUL Labs has abandoned their plans for school-based vaping education programs. The programs, which Wisconsin schools were contacted about, were widely criticized by public health advocates. Many feared that like previous tobacco industry-funded prevention efforts, the JUUL programs would not be effective and could actually end up increasing youth use.
