Comprehensive Tobacco-Free Schools Youth cigarette use continues to decline (2014-10.7% v. 2018-4.7%), while e-cigarette use continues to increase among Wisconsin youth (2014-7.9% v. 2018-20.1%). All Wisconsin children deserve tobacco-free schools – the only policy that promotes zero exposure to tobacco products and nicotine delivery devices on school campuses.
